Gary Sheldon Gary Sheldon, General Manager

Graduated from Niagara University, 1972, B.A. Business. Has been general manager of Massaro Cleaners since 1987.
Rose Massaro Rosemary Massaro, Customer Service Manager

Grew up in the drycleaning business. Her family purchased the business in 1961. Has been the customer service manager since taking over the business in 1987.
Lisa Mecklenburg Lisa Mecklenburg, Plant Manager, Harlem Road

Graduated from Daemen College in 2006 with a degree in business. She has been with the company since high school. Lisa has a very funny and infectious laugh. She also handles Retail Relations and has experience in marketing and advertising.
Jill Bartel Jill Bartel, Store Manager, Wolter's Plaza

Graduated from University at Buffalo with a B.S. in Environmental Studies in 2005. She has been with us since 2000 and is the store manager at our Wolter's Plaza location. She enjoys reading and scrapbooking in her spare time and is an avid environmentalist. Jill is in charge of our Training and Marketing Departments.
Judy Ritter Judy Ritter, Store Manager, Main Street

Has been working with us since 2001 at our Main Street location. Judy is in charge of our billings and route departments. She has two daughters and two grandchildren and makes a mean cheesecake.
